The formulas used
Monthly payment = A × r ÷ (1 − (1 + r)−n), where A is the amount, r the monthly rate (annual rate ÷ 12) and n the number of payments.
The simulation does not include insurance, arrangement fees, collateral or any deferral period. The annual percentage rate offered by your bank may therefore differ.
