Questions about company formation

Growcap supports company formation formalities. For specific legal needs (shareholders' agreement, complex structuring), we refer you to a licensed professional.

What is the difference between a SARL and a SARLAU?

A SARLAU is a single-shareholder SARL. They work in a similar way: we help you choose based on your project and partners.

Are administrative fees included?

No. Our packages cover Growcap fees. Official fees (registration, trade register, legal notices…) are paid at cost; we detail them before we start.

How long does it take?

Usually 10 to 15 working days after we receive the complete file. The timeline also depends on the administrations.

What if I have no premises?

Your company needs a registered address. If you have no premises, we help you choose a suitable business address (domiciliation) solution.

How does payment work?

50% when you order, to launch the file, and the balance once the company is registered.

Can you support me after formation?

Yes. The Premium package includes one month of support. Business plan, cash flow or dashboard: our other services are on quote.
